It's a rag doll breed cat. They get quite larrrge. :o

I think Maine Coon, check out the tufts in the ears.

They get quite large as well.

apparently it's a very well known and very good photoshop. The person actually holding the cat is only 10, and the head's been resized properly and grafted onto the body.
