No FFXI... no games.... no internet (until now)... my laptop is completely destroyed (The onlything I have to watch movies and play FFXI) my Zune (not ipod) i lent out to a freind was lost, so no funny video clips..... 30 more days of being here in Australia. I can't even see the new adjustments or anything from the game, because just as soon as I downloaded everything my computer got smashed due to ppl not handleing my gear properly. I use my buddies computer to log on for short amounts of time, but thats about it. I wouldnt dislike australia so badly If I could just walk around town without ppl staring at me like im from another planet. Yes I guess you could consider this post a rant like all my other posts, but I just get so cranky being sent to these crappy duty stations. For instance. In japan there are two stations. 1. Is Okinawa Japan. A island with very few resources. And 2. Iwakuni, wich is on mainland japan where you can access Tokyo. Tokyo has much much more places to go to and sightsee. With my luck I got placed in Okinawa. In Australia there are three camps. Camp Rocky (Desert, no resources, very low power, nothing but pubs in town), Shore water bay (Beach, Pubs, Closer to power, Internet cafe's) , and Gladstone (party city. Power, Pubs, Clubs, you name it). Guess which one I got? Camp Rocky.... I think the Marine Corps is just not for me. Seems like I made a 4 year mistake. The only thing keeping me going sadly is FFXI. And now I can't even play that. Yes I know there are worse places out there (Iraq for example). But even in Iraq at least I get to go to combat. Here i just sit at my computer doing nothing (Our gear still hasnt reaches us yet and its been 4 weeks). So for the time being, im in Hell. Sorry for coming back with such a negative post, but atm im in a very depressing mood.

What? ive had 2 ipods, and I have to say the Zune smoked both of em. No more dealing with crappy Itunes or anything to download. Bigger screen to watch my video's on. Wireless sharing songs with other ppl, same amount of memory space (30 gigs) cheaper in price, plus it has a built in Radio and has a built in memory to go right back to where you were in a video if you turned it off. Pluse the battery lasts a hella long too. I don't have to update it, and it can be used with ANY media program. It only takes seconds to put stuff on my Zune (even 30 min videos) and it never messes up on me. It was like godsend. And guess what? soon as I get back to Okinawa im buying another one.

(P.S. You can ripp stuff off of em without downloading any other programs either. And you customize your screen's background on the Zune while you listen to music. The only downfall is no speakers and it will not take MPEG files. But its okay. I don't download MPEGS anyways. <3 <3 <3)
