Funniest thing I ever read

Hey cats!

I regularly frequent FFXI game forums, since I am addicted to the game and I love to get advice and hear stories. On Allakhazam's FFXI general forum, someone started a thread about stupid things that they have heard new players say. Well, the thread is now more than nine pages long, and it is HYSTERICAL! I have never laughed so hard in my life. I wanted to post my favorite one, because I almost peed my pants while I was reading it. The poster's name was Ankor (just to give credit).

I saw a nub in a total fit rage argument with an npc the other day. I guess the npc was telling him something he didnt want to say. I couldnt help myself so i called a couple other people to come watch with me. Than I just got carried away.

nub>>hey stfu, stop repeating yourself. help me get some gil
npc>>(when targeted said "move along foriegner"...)
nub>>no! now help me!
npc>>...
nub>>you suck!!! i just need some help
me>>hey leave my friend (the npc) alone.
nub>>will you help me?

nub>>come on some one help me!
/em cracks up laughing with his good friend the npc.

i walked off a little after that...i really hope he read his manual, or well prolly see him getting in random npc fights all around leviathan.

Anyway, I just thought that was the funniest thing I'd ever read about the game. Hope you all enjoy it!

I've read that thread too, and some other similar ones. Some of my favorites include the newbie who shouted "WHERE CAN I GET A TANK? I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO DRIVE ONE!" and the one who chased a dragoon's wyvern yelling "Stop! I can kill it for you! Let me help you!"
