(even in newbie areas; unless somebody is leveling on them). You can also find Galka teeth, but I don't remember where.

It's for doing Garrison at the Buburimu outpost... You could do that and get some kitty revenge that way.

Windurst hasn't owned that region in ages on Migard, though... lousy foreigners, out to get our Mhaura garlic.
