Skyrim & the BSoD (Blue & Black!)

So I bought a physical copy (Pfffffff @ Steam). Now I'm getting Blue Screen Of Death along with the dreaded Black Screen Of Death (Already installed the fix for the black screen). All my drivers are up to date and working. And yet something is conflicting. Microsoft Techs are blaming my hardware. I'm blaming Bethesda. Why? I run Skyrim and XIV at max settings. XIV doesn't BSoD, Skyrim Does. I spent for the collector's edition. I'm getting screwed big time here. Is this Bethesda's new policy? Release PC CRASH BUGS now?
