nVidia driver 260.99 Crash

So I've been up and down over this. Tried all the tricks:
-Clean Install = Random Crashing
-Driver Update/rollback = Random Crashing
-Low Memory = 12 Gigs, I'm fairly certain that's pleanty and yet it's still crashing
-Overheating of GPU = Unless my tempature probes are lying to me, It's not. Still crashing
-Removal of Windows 7 SP1 Beta Patch = Didn't help infact it became more frequent in crashing
-Low Power Supply = Corsair 850W. What do you think >.>; Still crashing

nVidia can't help me, Microsoft is pointing fingers at everyone and not helping by sending me to hadji in india. So I conducted a bench test. I used this card on XP and Vista. The cards are not supported by XP but it didn't crash. Popped it into a vista rig, no issue. Shockingly, though, the Vista rig was having problems with the last SP they released. But no display driver crash. It's a windows 7 error. And to test that, as soon as RTM SP1 is released I'll be upgraded to ultimate with anytime upgrade. Maybe by then things will be better. But what concerns me is nVidia's site told me to install the vista drivers on windows 7. They claim it works. Now mind you my Razer Barracuda AC-1 Sound Card is using a vista driver and it's stable. HOWEVER, this didn't help my cards one bit.

Out of ideas, patience and starting to give up. All I can say is the GTX460's are great cards, but the display driver crashing isn't helping me much.

So far, I've really only hit the 'focus' bug. Basically when you tab/switch to other windows and FFXIV's priority fluctuates a lot... I can cause a CTD within 5 minutes by rapidly switching focus on some PCs. I fixed this by 'fixing' ffxivgame.exe's priority to Normal regardless of if it's in focus or not. Windows problem.

Note, are you sure this is a driver error. Win7 says the crash occured in FFXIV or in nvidia's driver?

nvidia and microsoft keep blaming each other. I can't get one straight answer out of either of them. I had to rollback the driver because after windows crashed Train simulator, I got 2 black bars on the side of my 22" monitor in 1440x900 resolution. Yes that's the resolution I use. So I had to rollback to fix it.
