I do hope you have been keeping your Polearm Skill leveled. A Polearm SAM is deadly on fliers.

BLU 24 and met the world's worst PLD today. As we're resting for MP she pulls, almost dies, then BLAMES US!!! Not only that but she never provoked, never used magic, and I'm pretty sure went AFK on more than one occasion.

Alright sounds good. I can't guarantee that it will happen next weekend because I still need to come up with 16 beastmen seals for myself, I want to lvl monk to 35 soon, and it looks like I'll need to lvl {polearm} for my SAM now.

And I got BLM to lvl 9 last night.

I could support runs if needed. You guys get what you want if it drops then we split the remainder. I'm currently at 80/80 in Mog Safe, 70/70 in Locker, mule's full, too and I'm storing part of my WHM gear on Keavy so I desperately need any space I can get.

It was a big day for me playing FFXI. Completed mission 2-3, and attained Rank 3 (thank you Keavy for the help with that). Afterwords we helped Keavy with his mission 2-3 fight for Sandy. I purchased all of my lvl 30 gear for MNK, as well as a polearm for SAM to do the BCNM with next weekend. In the process of getting my polearm skill up I soloed SAM to lvl 20. Around 3 AM I did a few random quests and got a scroll of Blaze Spikes for when my BLM hits lvl 10.

Tomorrow I'll probably take a break from FFXI to get caught up on some school work.

Thanks to Rish and his friends I am now Sandy Rank 5. Gonna wait on the fight for a bit. I want to get BLU to 50 before I do 5-1 because I want to see what a BLU can do to that undead S.O.B. (And I'm not calling him a Star Onion Brigade member

)

As for other stuff, most of my time will be spent getting my mule to 20 and farming necklaces for her. Need to get her Norg fame up so she can get me Tonko: Ichi and Utsusemi: Ichi. She'll eventually get me the rest of the NIN spells but for now, those two take priority.

Then its NIN/DNC to 37 then back to BLU after I learn some new spells. Still need Blastbomb, Claw Cyclone, and Poison Breath and if I can I want to pick up Screwdriver.

I totally lucked out on Bomb Toss. Was soloing in the dunes at 20 building my buffer when a gobbie did a Mijin Gakure and I learned the spell.

...and I thought I was the only one having /NIN ACC issues!

I noticed that as BLU/NIN if I stopped spamming Bludgeon I stopped contributing damage. I heard about some good ACC food called Boiled Tuna Head I'll try after I get my NIN leveled but, yeah...

Solo mobs I f***ing own as BLU/NIN but on exp mobs without Bludgeon I'm just another pretty face.

I'm just curious what food and gear you are using that your acc would be so poor on DNC.

I used Bream sushi and had no problems. Seen others use Squid too. I use Sole +1 for WAR, so I used that for DNC at higher levels too since I Was too lazy to AH it.

Well that's your problem, you shouldn't really be using sushi at such low levels and I'm too stingey to dish out more money for rice balls and jack o' lanterns (especially when dying is a good possibility).
Using meat mithkabobs and I still find I hit gobs for 0 in Yuhwhatsits Jungle sometimes.

I've never thought of using acc food when it was needed as a problem.

I don't dish out for HQ foods at low levels, Meat Mithkabobs is something like 2-4K a stack and not all that much of a loss if I end up dying and losing a piece.

Problem with using sushi early is it doesn't help you with damage, which is initially the main problem due to lack of decent gear. Need to get past the defense and VIT of the mob and avoid hitting those 0s, which with Daggers is an inherent possibility.
That and sushi gives a percentage of your overall accuracy, which if is quite low then you're not getting all that much in the first place anyways.

I have 4 Dagger merits (capped at 2 until 30) and with Accuracy Bonus I from RNG sub I was told I had Accuracy of 66%, which is apparently good for that level but I still hated it. I'm too used to having a near perfect 95% accuracy on my DRG so a drop to 66% is icky.

As for switching to sushi, I'm not too sure when I'll do that, maybe after Garlaige Citadel. DNC gets Accuracy Bonus at 30 and later Accuracy Bonus II at 60.

* Attack +20% (Cap: 45@225 Base Attack)
* Ranged Attack +30% (Cap: 45@150 Base Ranged Attack)
* HP Regeneration While Healing +2
* MP Regeneration While Healing +2
* Accuracy +5
* Resist Paralyze

A bit pricey but well worth it.

Aye, my friend told me about the rice balls/dumplings but I'm too much of a cheapskate to fork out that much for low level food

Ding merit 3 in a horrible merit party, not so much the party's fault but the camp was horrible. Do not do Mamool Ja above the Greater Colibri, they are stronger than the usual ones

That'll probably go into Jump Level 3

Made a couple minor changes to our KS99/Wyrm strategy and our shell went from 1/5 wins last trip to 8/8 very easy wins this trip. No big drops, no beards, but it was fun just cranking out the wins right and left on this one. ^^
