Yup I know what you mean...

2 jobs at 75 from which for both jobs 75% of the equipment is rare/ex, have several pieces of gear for several situations.
Weapons, other jobs I level, other r/ex and level cap gear, quest items, Artifact I can't store anymore since I upgraded several pieces to +1, and other artifacts I have to keep there because I use other parts of it.
I'm clogged, my mules are clogged.

i got like 3 :O specially in my mog safe which is jammed with my puppetmaster's gear (samurai goes in mog locker, and Promy cap gear is in storage) and furniture

I have Lv.60 NIN gear and solo RDM gear in my Mog Locker (aswell as AF weapons).
Mog house has my COR and DRG stuff and I'm currently carrying around my nubby WAR stuff (including RSE, DEF gear, Great Axe, Axex2 and various other crap).

Thank God WAR and DRG use same rings

once WAR gets high enough Amemet+1, Spiked, Assault, Fowling Earring and Chivy Chain all from DRG

Of course all AF is stored in NPC (lucky COR uses 3/5 pieces

)

An unexpected bonus for having four active characters, hardly any of them has her main/secondary job gear or primary crafting stuff stashed on a mule.

Me: Maxed safe, locker, gobbiebags, ~ 10 - 12 spaces free even when I go out to party with 48/60 in inventory. BLU set on hand, WHM & BLM gear on mule.

Melee kitty: Maxed safe, gobbiebags, locker 40, ~ 10 spaces free, SAM, RNG, THF gear on hand.

Hume THF, Safe 50, Inventory 50, no locker. Alchemist, THF gear on melee kitty. Most Alchemy supplies on hand. ~ 25 spaces free.

Elvaan PLD Safe 50, Inventory 55, no locker. Supplies for 4 crafts on hand. ~ 20 spaces free.

Eight mules, five have 40 space safes and lots of storage, fairly full.

Did I ever mention I am a pack rat errrr...

I have SMN75 & WHM74. In 2+ years of playing that's all I've had time to take that far. I have THF @ 37. MNK @ 25. WAR/NIN @ 26. SAM @ 12. Recently got BST/DRG/RNG to 8

over morning coffee & cereal.

Crap I usually carry on me:
SMN has...
zenith crown, nar-something-or-other turban, rr hairpin & faerie hairpin, fortune egg, rune bow/arrows (I like to shoot stuff sometimes

),
yinyang robe, smn af2 hands/feet/pants, evoker's pants +1, 8 elem staves, blue cape, hierarch belt, cookies, stuff to make mp regen juice on the fly, torque, charm, loq earring, astral earring, evokers ring, tamas ring,empress band, carbie mitts, relaxing earring,echo's, silent oil, prisim powder... and whatever i'm forgetting

WHM has...
anything usable on whm from SMN plus... blessed hands/boots/pants, astral earring and nobles tunic

At the moment I have full gear for THF in my mog safe...
Plus rare/ex weapons for NIN. Other rare/ex weapons for other jobs are in storage... Plus furnature... stools, 2 beds, sandy flag, 2 tables, book shelf, tea cubbord thing, painting, adv. cert., 2 manequins w/ gear on them, flower pots, lvl cap gear & club for smn/whm,spare food, signed stuff, a toilet & a trash can

...plus whatever I forgot

Locker is packed nearly full with on-the-fly crafting stuff... for pie/drinks/kabobs.. and crystals... and keys that you get while exping. Never know when I might have to go rescue the Warp Taru!

I have 1 mule for gear and 1 for crafting.

Actually I have made far less progress than several people I know who have multiple jobs to 75 and several crafting mules with a 100 level craft.

I look at those people and wonder how they have the time to sleep.

I am considering quitting Red Mage and ditching all the gear I use for non-main jobs so I can focus myself completely on Blue Mage and Blue Mage gear.

Now all I have to do is get Thief leveled without smashing my TV. It's up to 8 and every time I try to level it I get the desire to delete my account.

o'course that's all on my Phoenix character. On Remora my character has been pre-planned so the only thing really taking up much space is crystals for Bonecraft and gear for 25, 30, and 40 cap (mostly swords&shields as body armor gets NPC storaged).

What level RDM? I retired my RDM from "active duty" but I still carry around melee/solo gear for avatars, quests and missions.

I have Oku and 4 mules on my main account. All have 80 bank and 40 inventory, with 60 inventory on jeuno mule and Oku. That's enough to let me store craft output and gear-sets for things I don't do often; eg. level capped fights and non-75 jobs.

The real problem isn't lack of space, it's lack of access. Having to relog and run back and forth to the mailbox gets old. So, I just bought a new account and made another set of mules. The game is at least 10 times as much fun when you can change jobs and swap gear without logging out. If SE ever did anything about the suggestions that are sent in, I'm sure we'd have seen gear-templates in the mog-house. Press a key and instantly change all your gear and inventory to the desired job/sub.

When mannequins first came out, I speculated that that's what they might be for -- dress your mannequin up as a particular job, then activate it to swap all that gear in/out. No such luck, though. They're just furniture. ; ;

These days, I'm working on leveling up "mini-me" -- a taru I named Azuko. I'll level her to 60 whm with rank 5. She'll make an ideal taxi and glass-mule. It will be nice having a second char that can buy from the airport vendors, too. It's pretty funny running around game with her following me. Most people don't get the connection between the names until I tell them, but now and then someone stops and stares. ^~

I totally agree! I know a few people with 4 or so jobs @ 75 and I think... Pardon me but what exactly do you do besides work(IF they even work), sleep, eat, crap & play FFXI?

All I can figure is they don't work and they hardly sleep. They probably keep a porta potty near their computer and I don't know how they eat as we have no /pizza command.

When I was unemployed I still wouldn't play during the day and usually went to bed between 1-3am (nor did I have a porta potty in my room

I have mulitple jobs lvled and I can fit everything on my mule and mog locker and safe. Every time I lvl up a job and get the next set of gear thats better. I sell the old gear regaurless of how good it was. I use that cash to by the next set of gear and so forth. Never gone broke, Never been jammed either.

RDM60... I don't plan to level it again until after I have BLU75. I also have most of the gear for NIN21, and for DRG25, WAR27, DRK22-24 (I forget what level, exactly).

Then it's just the "weapons", rings, earrings, neck, belt and back... give them to a mule and it'll only take 1-2 mulings to get them all back if you needed (mission, assault, etc.). Might be worth keeping an average (smallish) build just for those (on your mule and AF in NPC storage of course).
