I haven't leveled PUP yet, so I don't know this, but this is what I really want...

So, here's my question:

Does the automaton "perform" like the NPCs puppets do? Does it /emote when you do, copying you like the Galka in that preview trailer? Could you /BRD (or BRD/PUP) and just stand in town giving fun little performances when you're bored or just feel like it. I saw a few NPC PUPs in Aht Urghan that do this very thing.

The automaton counts as a Wyvern or an NPC or something. You can't have them in town, unfortunately. Al Zhabi is different than other towns in that it doesn't fully count as a town due to Besieged.

I have leveled it , but I haven't checked yet, I'll do so when I level it some more today.

ok, I've gone and checked it, and no it does not do any emotes.
all it will do is /sit and /heal
and it goes into the same position for both of them

Demand Puppet emotes. I want Puppet shows.

One of the most charming things I saw was a Bard on the stage in Lower Jeuno practicing. I was only there to buy or sell something, but I hung out for a little, then aplauded when I left.
