Question about the FFXI 360 beta.

Is it possible to log in with an existing profile on the 360? I'm going to have my sister log onto FFXI using my level44/45 white mage that is situated on the valefor server.

I'm going to attempt it and I'll let you know if it does work...

Since I need to have my character purchased again so it doesn't get deleted on me.

It's... not possible. You have to use a seperate special beta ID for the FFXI 360 Beta.

No, she means can you log on to a different profile and character that isnt on the beta server from the 360, still keeping it on its original server, just be able to access all the normal servers from the 360.

I'm not quite sure myself, but one of my friends is playtesting the 360 and whenever she comes back on my server she mentioned something about her computer's graphics being better anyways, so i know she changed consoles, just not sure if you have to. But it would make sence that you would. The beta server isnt for an expansion, but for the Xbox360 itself. So it would stand to reason that you couldnt "beta" on all the normal servers.

you cant, I know many that have tried already, the game is not fully compatible with the retal FFXI right now, and you will get an error message

You can use your old Playonline ID, but that's aboot it.

So I suppose...you could talk to your old friends? Or something?
