Martial slacks and Mithra anatomy

I got a pair of Martial Slacks recently, and those things are snug.

They are so thight I swear I can see anitomical details of myself that I have NEVER seen before in this game.

I wonder how I can sit or heal without either being somewhat uncomfortalbe, or having a tingling good time.
