I really hate to beg, but where can i get enough fame for Shiva, Ramuh, and Garuda so i can leech the big avatars. I can't dump anymore gil into these. I could have been a millionaire if not for these mini battles.

Here try this quest, and use the boyhada moss part to get it raised the quickest. Norg fame as usual is always the biggest pain in the ass.

Also use the quest found in Windurst to raise Windy fame by buying cornettes in Bastok (Bastok has to be in 1st)then taking them to Windurst.

ok, so if i do moss it will raise sandy fame, and the coronettes raise windy fame?
sandy is shiva, does windy fame count for the other two?

Or second thank goodness. Bastok is almost NEVER in first.

Norg? Isn't Norg Lavathain? Oh well makes no difference, I will tell you how to MAKE Gil getting Norg fame. Requires Warp and Rank 5 though.

That's the quest. You smuggle something into Jeuno by airship and you can get caught. If caught you loose your Airship pass for a RT day.

But you don't realy loose the pass. You loose boarding privliges IN JEUNO ONLY.

So get the quest, get San d'Oria's Decerning eye quest too. deliver the goods, warp back to Port Sandy, get paid, zone, do it again. Got caught? Lost your pass? OH NOES!!! Warp back to Sandy. Hmmm... the Ducal Writ doesn't extend too far does it?

Well, this is what I have been told at least. Going to test it anytime real soon now.

If not... I can always go mining I suppose.

What's the price of Rice Balls for the big fork from Norg anyway?

Fastest way to raise fame is...
Bastok & Sandy
Boyada Moss and trade it to Selbina old guy.. around the sheep
AND YES! IT RAISE BOTH BASTOK AND SANDY
moss u buy it @ AH... sometimes it sells for cheap(back in the days.. never checked these days... when i did it.. i didnt lose money at all)

Windy
Trade Cornettes to... some npc in windurst walls(i forgot)
Cornettes can be brought @ bastok in instrumt store

Raising these 2 will raise your jeuno fame as well.. dont just stop because ur fame is max @ ur city.. keep going at it til you are maxed in Jeuno(if you ever need it in here).

Norg Fame
fastest(?) is to do.. the Famouse "Yagudo Necklace" and/or "Zinc Ore"

I do not know about Rabao Maura Selbina.. etc.. >.>
i believe those automatically somewhat goes up if you do these fame quests

and also do AIRSHIP Quest whenever you are riding ship.

As well as Selbina and Rabo. The single best quest in the game for gaining fame.

Mhuara fame is linked to Windy. As is Kazzie.

Raboa is linked with Sandy fame. So if your high enough to get Shiva you can get Garuda.

Mhuara is where you can get Ramuh and Kazzie is for Ifrit

oh btw...not much fame is needed to get Levi in Norg. I had lvl 3 fame in Norg and was able to fight Levi then. I think its a minimum of lvl 3 fame needed for the mini-avatar battles as well so don't stress about getting high fame.

Windy fame, just get cornettes if you can, best way I've found, other than that do any quest you can when Bastok isnt at the right rank for them.

For Shiva and Garuda, just trade Boyahda moss in selbina, that'll get you fame for gobybag too.

Also, the Tenshodo quest where you smuggle things into Jeuno...lowers San d'Oria fame >.> just a warning

EVERY Tenshido quest lowers fame in the city it os found in. Zinc in Bastok, Necklaces for Nana Mhingo both do the same thing.

instaid of it being the moss quest you can do corn instaid for alot cheaper. thats what i did to cap my fame in bastok and sandy for the high end avatar fights. also took a freind with me to turn in bout 80 cornettes in windurst, that and you dident ask bout levi so that is enough fame for everything for all countries sept norg. simple as bastore sardines... yum..

Instead of the Moss or Corn for the quest in Selbina, what I did was I stripped my character down to nothing, loaded myself up with La Thiene cabbage from the vendor, and unload it all. Loss is minimal, fame is damn high. Only downside? It takes next to forever to unload it all.

Doing that, the occasional Zinc Ore thing for Basty, the 2 bat wings or 3 Rabbit Hide for sandy. Fame's never been an issue.....and I couldn't care less about Windy fame.
