It's because Colbwa is a troll who comes back once in awhile to haunt us.

If Colbwa were a Final Fantasy mob, he'd be a Sarutabaruta troll, traipsing with the Tiny Mandragoras and Bumblebees. He doesn't know any of the special attacks of the high level trolls. His only two techniques are "Spew Hateful Comment" and "Create Wordless Thread." It's not worth attacking these trolls, either, since they hardly give any xp :P
