yeah, i made a fourum for one of my LSs on Remora but i was wondering how do you make your own board style for one?

You mean layout? Just search for layouts, and the type of forum you set up. Install into directory that you installed the forum into, and etc.

i have no clue what that means.......
i tried looking at the php manual but i don't understand what it wants me to do
