Weapon Skillup Areas?

Is there anything out there that lists what areas in XI Are best for Skilling up weapons? I.E. say Valkrum dunes skill level 49-70 etc? I'm cureious to know because I really need to boost some skills up bigtime

Call me crazy, but I used Pashlow 0-90, then you can probably do CN, those beehive chips and silk really add up.

I've been trying to figure out what all exactly will level some of my weaker weapons anyway, lol.
