Yugi, simmer down, kitty.
I think your generalization about guys is a bit unfair. While some guys may certainly wish to see pictures of scantily-clad women, you can't exactly come by them without actual scantily-clad women who in some way agree to be photographed. I'm not saying there aren't really sick people who do in fact get illegal/immoral footage of unsuspecting females. What I am saying is that the goading of hormones isn't entirely self-inflicted. Girls wear suggestive clothing all the time, whatever their intentions. If you're wearing a short skirt and low-cut shirt, what kind of message do you believe you're sending? "Damn I'm cute"? or "I love these so much I'll let everyone sneak a peek"? The one that seems to prevail in this situation is "I'll put it out there, but don't look and definitely don't touch". Now, don't touch... that's elementary... no one is allowed to do that to anyone else without mutual consent. But you really can't expect guys not to look when girls wear such revealing clothing.
The sad part is... what is it that guys could run around wearing that would get them the same type of attention and leverage? I mean, honestly... the female form is
truly a work of art, and guys are just... monkeys. Even
girls appreciate other beautiful girls without shame. Right, Yugi?

I don't think that means everyone who dresses sexy should be regarded as a sex object, nor do I think that every guy who reacts to them is a pervert. Sometimes you just have to consider all sides before making such a blunt blanket statement.
