unfortunately the power went out in my neighborhood between midnight and 6:00 AM this morning (wednesday), and the Excel Energy says that it will be restored by 10:00 PM friday so I won't be able to play until then.
I do have a modem on my laptop (which doesn't support FFXI) and a dial-up to suppliment my lost DSL) so I can still be here on the pride (as long as my batteries last).
btw If you are wondering the times these would be in your timezone: I am in Cenral Daylight Time (CDT) which is GMT - 5 hours.
