Oh, I forgot all about those warp NPCs.
Surprised this is the first time you found those books, though. I'd guess you're either not a Windurstian or just didn't put much stock in quests.

I'd found them before, but I finally got around to taking a screanshot.
I wanted to know what others thought about them.
