Starting in Windurst

Creve posted this in another topic. I think we should start in windurst. It would be easier to get pearls to everyone and help out in the missions when we first get to server.
I'm on PS2 so by the time i get FFXI we should be strongly anchored on Windurst.

So whatdya think?

Yea.. I preferr Windurst anyway. Sandy's music sucked.. and I got lost when I went there.. (in town no less) till I got a map.. and even then I sometimes got lost.
Bastok at least has nice music.. but the scenery sucks; ('cept for that neat waterfall.)
I've never been to jeuno though.. so I dunno about there.

Jeuno is a very cool city but you can't start there and I don't think you can join Jeuno (at least there wasn't a "Jeuno" option when /searching by nation). I bet it'll become an option later since there's Jeunoan Consulate buildings in the other three cities.
