Finally was able to see the quests and stuff. Their site is really good, I would go as far to say that it has more info on quests and missions than ffxionline.com

I found out from Firemyst about a certain program for ye PC players out there that'll stop the windows key crashout. It's called IHateThisKey ( funny name, good program)

http://www.bytegems.com/ihatethiskey.shtml

Said it in the SS chat the other day, but I know not all of you will go near IRC, so..

Anyway, I've been told by FireMyst that it hasn't caused any problems on his computer and it works. It'll disable that pesky key when you are playing games...including FFXI! And only when you are playing games!

Wish I'd known about it three months ago. Then I coulda gotten rid of one of my brother's complaints about the PC beta, as well as one of mine.

I guess I'm just lucky, but the software that came with my Micro$oft Bluetooth keyboard/mouse combo has that same nifty feature - though it gets rid of that button for good! It's like popping the key off the board but not having a nasty hole where a key should be! Pure Joy!

Just to prove how much I hate that key:

I still keep around and use an old Compaq ps2 server keyboard because it doesn't have those extra keys - well - that and it's metal and is about 10 pounds.
A flash from the past! ... though it's probably more like a drive-by mooning.

I believe I originally posted that on the SD boards. :3 Very useful program, though. :D

I think http://marmalade.klisk.com/ is nifty, but I'm biased and silly. XD
