NEW WEIRD AL SONG! DOWNLOAD NOW!!!

Post by Keavy »

It won't be on his new album so download it and share it.

Here it is.

I have a lot of hope for the new CD. I mean, his last CD "Poodle Hat" was clearly phoned in and I was worried that he had just given up.

Thank you Weird Al for renewing my faith in you with this gem.

"You're half undressed,
Eating chips off your chest,
Whilst playing Halo 2."

That a parody of "You're Beautiful" by... James Blunt?

I have a friend from England on another forum who said that the original version was played constantly on the radio over there.

The original version I've only heard on the album, but a less depressing (or merely more hopeful) version is played in the U.S. radio from time to time. I like it.

It was also featured in some TV shows over here, the only one I can think of off the top of my head being "Smallville" (a show about Superman as a teen/young adult).

Also, James Blunt had a music video thing in movie theaters recently, before the "Superman Returns" movie in my area (in the U.S.). I don't remember which song, I just remember it was James Blunt. That said, I'm sure he's much more popular in uh "Brit land?" ^_^;;

But, LOL, this is funny, thanks for sharing. :D I'll be sure to show it to my sister, who is a HUGE Weird Al fan. :mrgreen:
