Warrior AF=Sucks????

Ok, I'm no expert here, but I would see it usefull to macro in occasionally, and some of the stat boosts are pretty nice, 'specially if you're tanking.
Guess it just depends on "what sort of warrior" you are...

not bad jsut one note, haubby is more geared at war/mnk then war/nin ill get it just wont knock myself out ofr it, my lorica can work til then, also SNIPER RINGS~!? those arnt needed a nice choice, but Verner rings work just as good for cheaper, dont agree with that? go take it up with Nivez then whose be4en working on my gear already, royal guard collar? meh, spiked necklace works til then, and Royal Army Mantle, isnt as good when you get Knightly Mantle, just notes from other War/Nin 70+ friends of mine.

for we war/nin folks, especially us weak-provoke mithra, we need every ounce of evasion and emnity we can get. We also need all the defense we can get... so Snipers make us take a hell of a lot of damage cause of our Low VIT. Also we need Strength, not accuracy. If I wear sniper's rings in Tanking Mode I may hit 1 or 2 that i would have otherwise missed, but I make up for it by doing 10 to 20 more damage per hit, And bigger hits = more hate. I'll also end up TAKING 20-40 more damage per hit because of the lowered defense, and that fracks up hate as well.

All in all i hold hate pretty well as war/nin at 50. Brig, I.M. Armet, spiked necklace, Paired Viking axes, life belt, 2x+2Str rings, Leaping boots, R.Q. Pants. I hit hard, I hold hate for about 35 seconds w/o provoke or warcry, and i don't take an obsene amount of damage.

war/nin tanking post 30 is the worst thing to happen, albeit, im gald you hold hate well, and thats good, as for defense? its not a priorty for war/nin, why? we're not tanks, utesumi: ichi gets shredded with AOE's, before recast is up, no you shouldnt be tanking, im sorry, but6 if you do, DEF is a requirment, i dont, no pt psot 50 makews me tank, so i dont do def. evasion, and vit and acc

I included Venerer Ring, you probably just didn't notice. It was on Ring 2 and was the third "| or |" I put it only on one of them because you can only have one Venerer Ring.

Also. . . your race has no less Enmity compared to the others. Oh and that +8 Enmity on the Lorica will get your ass killed by the way. . . Oh and no way in hell is the Haubergeon geared towards WAR/MNK. Hardly anybody uses WAR/MNK post 30, actually, nobody uses it.

WAR/MNK > 1-30 - WAR/THF > 30-50/55 - WAR/NIN > 55-60 - WAR/THF > 60-66 - WAR/NIN - WAR/THF > 66-75

Oh and I hope for your sake your using Great Axe a lot.

I am a fucking Paladin and I know what I'm talking about. You will get yourself killed. I've been complimented several times for my tanking abilities as a Paladin by level 70+ players. This is no lie, if you do not believe me ask Elfdogg, Items or Kittanna of Phoenix. They even invited me to join their HNM LS at the very low level of 54 because I was that good. Now. . . when I lose hate to a WAR and their not even wearing a Lorica thats saying your definately going to get it with it on. +8 Enmity is how much the entire set of PLD AF gives you, thats a lot of fucking Enmity.

Also, if you use Warcry before Weapon Skills, like most of the dumb ass WARs do then your definately going to grab hate and more than likely die. You should never use Warcry before a Weapon Skill, it grabs far too much hate.

Whatever though, all I'm trying to do is help you out but if you refuse to accept it then it doesn't bother me one bit, I mean hell, I'm not the one thats going to be losing EXP when the monster decides to turn around and beat the living hell out of you.

Also, if you use Warcry before Weapon Skills, like most of the dumb ass WARs do

as for warcry, warcry before weapon skills are to be used only if the main tank is a warrior and you lose hate, or are dual tanking.

One last note Batsu, About the pally booting. I Personally do not do that, I am not a party leader nor will I ever be, I do not approve of booting ppl for 1 mistake, so do not attack me over it. When a party leader makes a sole decison, it reflects the party as a whole, Listen to my words batsu, when a party member is booted from my exp parties for 1 mistake, i leave them aswell and force them to find a replacment, I do not condone those parties.... and never have.
