the corsage thingy is only like 60 skill in cloth, the armor and something else is 100, and another piece is about 80

Lilac Corsage Level cap 49 Wind Crystal, Lilac, Spider Web, Silk Cloth, Twinthread.

A bit pricey to level on.

Its Abjuration armor. Good bonuses to DEX, Acc, STR, and HP but it has massive haste penalties ; ;

So in other words, you won't miss much and you'll hit hard, but you can go get a cup of coffee between your attacks.

to be honest hecatomb stuff is good, but there are better things. thiefs often use it to switch in for skillchains, and use other gear for faster TP. it also is a very good body piece for drg, but usually people only get 1-2 pieces of hecatomb max cauze of the haste penalties.

Yea... thfs switch it in for weapon skills only since it gives +% Slow. I can remember how much it is off the top of my head though.

Hectacomb is obtained by uncursing those cursed armors you see at the auction house when you get an abjuration which drop off gods, ground gods (King Behemoth, Adaman King, Nihdogg), and other HNMs.
