New pics added to the gallery, plus some new links, mainly webcomics.

New site design finished.
The menu bar has been shrunken and moved to the top. The gallery layout has been modified. The menu bar now exists on the boards. News posts both old and new have had various tweaks made to them. I think that's it.
Don't forget to keep sending in those pics! (Gomenasai Phelisia ^^;;;;)

The date for the previous news post has been corrected, the "new" status of all images in the gallery has been removed (images are considered new for at least 2 weeks after they've been posted), the number of options for the Java IRC chat has been reduced to 2, and, um, I'm still working on that better placement of the menubar/PoL tool/copyright notice ^^;

The MithraPride site has now officially moved from mithrapride.tg16.net to mithrapride.figarocastle.org
