Just curious when the game is going to go live.. and anyone know if you bought the original collectors edition, do you get any bonuses this time around?

The old stuff is still with you, unless you threw it away.

There will be 'some' 'unannounced as yet' bonuses as well for CEs. Legacy will get even more. I think they are still deciding. I'm hoping for a unique chocobo costume/etc. Something like that. Cosmetic but desirable.

Well their website says it's on sale 27th August, yet to have open beta so not too sure about that.

Beta phase 4 and early entry dates have yet to be announced, likewise the actual start date.

I am guessing that p 4 starts 8/9 others are guessing 8/17.

EE is expected to last 3 days and feed directly into release. 8/30 is a Friday so the on sale date of 8/27 could indicate EE on the 27th and full release on the 30th. Or not.

I'm guessing EE on the 27th, as it says "on sale" and not a launch date... tricky, huh?

No, EE is gotten by preordering either edition of ARR or by having Legacy status.

I don't expect to see even half the population of phase 4 in EE.

Edit:You did know that all progress in phase 4 carries over to release didn't you? Its probably going to last longer too. EE is maybe 3 days.
