While it is a fun read the responses below are actually more interesting.
Namely the abundant presence of fear/discomfort towards this kind of technology, especially when it comes close to taking an actual human form.
This made me remember an article that Helen McCarthy posted this on her Facebook wall a while ago about a very typical response to cybernetics:

Perhaps the answer that links these two articles is hiding somewhere in "the uncanny valley".

Odd..
At work that article showed a couple of facebook responses which "shunned" that technology to say it lightly.
Now here at home it doesn't show any comments at all... strange... /baffled

Probably, security and filter settings at home are a lot more strict than at work.
Msotly due to desktop policies at work...
Yay, unable to install software due to security, but can't install security measures because of it.
It's not the sysadmin's fault though, it's the guy above him that doesn't know sh*t.
