Nyanko-sensei AKA Madara-sama (in cat form) from Natsume Yuujinchou (voiced by Kakashi for Naruto fans ).

So what do you think, cute or ugly? Personally I think he's cute Not in the traditional cute like most cats sense but still cute nonetheless, he still acts very much like a cat in cat form as well It's kinda funny since pretty much everyone in the show calls him an "ugly pig-cat" except for one character who finds him "chou kawaii" and is always hugging him whenever she sees him

Tell me the boy's head gets eaten?

Nyanko-sensei has a no eating policy with Natsume, that includes other demons trying to eat him. I suppose that if/when Natsume finally dies then Nyanko-sensei will be the one to eat him (his body)

So, no heads get eaten?

Not Natsume's at least

I'm still not sure, looking at the demon form it does not make me think of a cat at all.
Instead it looks like:

Yeah, Nyanko-sensei will say he's not a cat just that he was sealed in a "maneki neko" and Natsume just happened to break the seal allowing Nyanko-sensei to roam free yet he still chooses to use that form most of the time for whatever reason. Also in cat form any human can see him (though they can't understand him) whereas in demon form only Natsume and a few other "special" humans can see him.
