Not in the traditional cute like most cats sense but still cute nonetheless, he still acts very much like a cat in cat form as well 
It's kinda funny since pretty much everyone in the show calls him an "ugly pig-cat" except for one character who finds him "chou kawaii" and is always hugging him whenever she sees him
