Of course you can. This is America, you can sue for anything at the drop of a hat. Or about the drop of a hat.

Side note: in "The Clouds" by Aristophanes you can find the first written example of the map joke. It is built around someone not understanding the concept of a map as a pictorial representation of a place. Laurel and Hardy did it at least once.

Aristophanes ended his iteration thusly:

2ed banana: "Oh I understand!!! But this CAN'T be Athens."
1st banana: "Why not?"
2ed banana: "Look, there isn't a single law court in session."
