Right of Passage... how do I order mine?

I got the pre-release of the game, came with all the "cool" things, but how do I get my right of passage certificate? I am so lost trying to figure out how to do it, I am making one in Photoshop (had to get rid of the stain, and name info)
got a great high rez pic of one online lol but it wont have the cool stamp thing

There should be a slip of paper with information on the web link to order it inside your collector's edition.

looks like I did not get that slip of paper... >_< and my onion helm did not work... guess I got a botched box... damn it.

The in game item codes will only work with a character created after entering them. It's why I gave up trying to get the armband codes. I didn't want to delete and restart.

As I understand it the right of passage is US only

Crap. I forgot, yes US Onry. I'd rather have the tumbler the bloody PAL Region got --;

i noticed they put "Name day" as a field. They could run with that in game and have a different IC reason for age based on when you 'earned your name' or were old enough to be given your current name...
Character 1: "Yeah.. so i'm only 3 years old."
Person that has no clue: "WHAT?"
CHar 1: Oh.. you ment hold old i was in total... lets see... 20 years before my name day... and then 3 years after...
