Basically the kitties of mithra pride will "transport" the Mobile flea forces to the enemy and allow them to spread and infect the enemy. =) Weaking them for us.

Alas, we got sprayed by pesticide on the way to the assembly area. Many fleas died that I may live. Plus I ran first. That always helps too.

She wanted to mobilize your fleas and use them to wage war on the fleas of other, non-MithraPride players. Having thus conquered them, the other players would be open to colonization by your fleas, who are loyal to the MithraPride and would proceed to brainwash them into joining the linkshell (whispering to them from inside their ears while they sleep, or something. I dunno. It's a secret flea thing I guess.).

Or, in even-more-boring ("High Boring"): Asphe wanted to have a member recruitment drive on Monday, at 0800 GMT (2 AM US Central/Midnight US Pacific/something like 5 PM JST?) near Gridania. Like it says in the topic.
