Local levequests and you

By now all who are in the beta know about Local levequests, the crafting quests.
These are WAY different than Guildleves. No time limit is the big difference. No loss of the quest on logging or DCing. If you DC during a synth you do loose that synth.
What this means is you can collect these quests, go to your guildhall, get the use of Master level facilities, do the synths, and deliver the results at your leisure.
Sometimes you get the materials when you get the quest, this shows up in the chatlog, sometimes you have to travel to obtain them.
All materials and shards/crystals are provided. But these are virtual virtual goods, rather than real virtual goods.
The materials, the shards, and the results never show up in, or clog, your inventory.
Your work is appraised. The appraisal for each synth is based on the total of remaining durability and quality. All your appraisal scores are added at the end of each synth. There is a multiplier figured in for the number of synths. The more requested synths, the lower the multiplier. So a 2 of three synths quest and a 3 of 4 synths one can have the same appraisal score.
Always do all the synths. It increases your appraisal if you succeed. It gives you a skillup even if you don't. If you have already blown the quest by failing synths, using all the materials wipes the quest from your logbook.
