Why not target the ones doing the buying? they are the real problem. If there was no demand, there would be no supply. But because there is a demand there will always be a supply.

And before you ask, I neither buy or sell, I sincerely dislike gil buying.

Sadly it is harder to detect a buyer then a seller. Both are bad in my book though.

Hmmm, well, I take that back. I find the buyers much worse. The sellers are doing it for cash because they live in a poor country and they make more money in a video game then they ever could in their country. The gil buyers are just lazy rich people who think it is ok to cheat in a video game and ruin it for others.

Yes, both parties are vilolating the ToS and EULA and should be perm banned IMHO.
