It comes out next week in UK so I'm assuming you yanks already have it

Reason I ask is the description said something about continuing their journeys and since I don't own that glorified doorstop (AKA PS2) I haven't played FFXII.

So could I get it on DS without worrying about not knowing anything from the past game?

It's one of those deals where it helps if you know the characters already, since not much is explained about them in the DS game, but it's not completely necessary.

That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed Revenant Wings, in spite of having not beat FFXII yet.

I shall pre-order it then
