The only real problem is with the powerups that keep your life bar filled. I've gone 2-3 stages without seeing them sometimes. Oh, and sometimes the game ends when you still have life in your bar.
Other than that, its a ton of fun.
The overall record is 1,203,428 and I can't imagine ever getting that high a score.
