Several weeks ago the fearless leader of my Dynamis LS had his laptop melt down.

Since then we have been on a temporary scedule. With Dyanmis Xcabard this Sunday.

So I beat my head against a wall and grind WAR to 18 and DRK to 37 for Chainspell Stun. Blew off a lot of things, some fun, some I wanted to do to get done in time. Finished today.

Today on the LS's Web site I read that due to a faster than expected repair job, our fearless leader is back!!! With the old scedule picked up from the exact place it was left off. Meaning tomorow is Dynamis Bubu. A dreamlands Dynamis.

And wouldn't you know, that one of the things I passed up was an all day CoP run, from somewhere I have passed to Diablos. For those who might not know, that mission in the entry fee for the Dreamlands.

Damn that mithra can cook one hell of a pie.

Ouch. COP is one thing you never ever want to skip. If you see a shout for a mission you need, drop and join it -- especially if you know the people doing the run. IMHO, access is the biggest most important accomplishment in game. Without it you get cut off from doing things with your friends.

BTW, you're not alone in waiting to do missions. I waited on COP, too, and so lagged behind on sea access. And, I didn't learn, too. I've been skipping the incredibly pointless and boring missions called "Assaults". Gah, I hate those. Last patch introduced an actual upgrade weapon for NINs -- IF you're a 2nd-Lieutenant in assault-rank. ><

Right now I'm kicking myself for continually skipping those. I have two nice statics for ranking up, though -- hopefully I won't go mad with the drudgery of it all before I cap assault rank.
