I don't know what job to lvl up anymore. Just look at my siggy! Ive got every job in the game, and most of em are past lvl 20. I just don't know what to do. Im trying to take a break from lvling Dark Knight and Ninja until I make some more gil doing assault. So I started lvling my war today. (Seeing as its a good sub for war and nin). Do any of you guys get that feeling of just not knowing what to play? I mean honestly all these jobs are so fun, I might just take them all to 75.

I'm making BLU my second 75 after I get WHM up there. Need more cash but as soon as I get it I'm golden.

Mainly I just needed a break because dumbass party leaders who don't know how WHM works piss me off when they tell me how to do my damn job.

That job looks like it'll turn my hairs gray with trying to figure out how to work the job, and my pockets empty.

I'm almost to 75 with WHM. Should hit it by the fourth, or fifth. (Though. I'm hoping to get it before my HNMLS does Kirin again. [And then I'll have a SHINING CLOTH... hopefully... And then I'll have someone Synth me a tunic and hopefully i he/she will HQ on it <3]

I'd say... work on getting NIN to 37 first. And then after that... Either work on BLM, if you like nuking, WHM, if you can stand it, BLU, if you're willing to put the extra effort into it, or COR. Because COR has a Tricone hat. And if you sub ninja. You'd be a Pirate Ninja!

Really, you drop like 50-100k in it from LV1-30. But then you're set till 60. How many other jobs can say they spend only 100k for 60 levels and that accounts for a very large chunk of their contribution to the party? That's just the automaton. The Puppetmaster themselves don't get sh*t for gear, so you don't spend much there anyways.

I've had an interest in doing PUP/BST for a while now. Basically play as a regular BST then when the pet dies summon the Automaton and fight alongside it. Or, if you're totally lazy (Like me) have the Automaton fight it for you.

My LS says I'm crazy. But that's what they said to the guy who first dared to level PLD/BRD. Its a tank and a support character all in one!

Yeah, 1-10 there's something mildly broken about Pup. You see, none of the attachments for Puppetmaster's Automaton are level specific. So you can have curing, debuffing, Stoneskin, Convert, Flash, and Provoke all at level one from your Pet. Oh, and the Stoneskin hp is a set amount, 100 points. Yes, even at level one.

Kinda sucks at higher levels, but 1-10, having a 100 point stoneskin is pretty nice, no?

75 RDM, 61 DRK, 37 BLM, 32 WAR, 32 THF, 30 COR, (Finnaly) 31 NIN, 25 MNK, 22 PLD, 21 SMN, 20 DRG, 19 RNG, 19 WHM, BLU 13, BRD 11, SAM 9, PUP 3, BST 2

BLM to 40 for BCNMs. WHM to 37 for a sub, then 42 for the teles. WAR to 37 for your melee jobs. THF to 37 ditto. NIN to 37, same reason and then 40 for BCNMs.

Then you can start working on minor usage subs. BRD to 37 so you can be the energizer bunny for manaburns. SAM to 37 as another sub for DRK. PLD and BLU to 37 for solo subs.

Remember its not ADD, its FFXIADD.

Bard is fun and it has a (Secret) (Ability) that allows you to get party invites while still navigating through your 360 dashboard!

Seriously. A friend got a message on his 360 shortly after logging in from a guy on his friendlist that said his Bard had an invite if he wanted to join them.

Bard is fun but damn, do you need a lot of instruments.

I think I want to lvl up Corsair to 75. That AF really does look cool, and I oviously don't mind playing a support job that can DD. Get BLM to lvl 40? Dunno if I can do that. Just standin there and nuking is boring.

Agreed. But think about the BCNM 40s that can be manaburned. Like the PCC one and the worm one.

For that matter, think about D2.
