Anyone ever heard of the CyberArmy? They had something like this that determined rank. Back in the old days, the CyberArmy was a group of people with....pretty high computer skills. Also, Social Engineering. They worked together mostly for towards the goals of cleaning the internet up of child porn, other evil things, and they worked against government censoring, observation and spy programs like Echelon and Carnivore.

Anyways, there were ways to get more privaleges and responsibilities that were set up as riddles. You needed a knowledge of computers, programming, social engineering, and a few other things to get into the highest levels. The lower levels remind me of this. ^.^

I got to Lv7 then got fed up with it

7 was nearly a deal breaker for me too, but I got it in the end. Alot of these I just need to let simmer on the back burner for awhile before getting to the answer.

Just a hint, look at everything on the pages.
The answer is right there in most cases.

(Level 8 atm as I try for one or a few every morning before work to get my brain going.)
