I have yet to see a drk/thf on hades play that job combo correctly. Seriously. Hades has like crap drks. And those fugging n00bie poser pups are stealing the parties from those of us who know how to play the darn job >.<

I don't think there's such a thing as a "poser PUP" as they're the least wanted job in the game

Maybe on your server, but not on hades, 5 of us broke down the barriers for the wannabes to all take our party spots >.<

On hades, GL going /mage on pup. /mnk war or nin (varies) onry

Why /NIN when you use H2H and will never pull hate?

Think the JPs like to go /WHM and sit at the back, which is a wasted spot since automatons parse around 7-10% whereas the master will do much more.

/nin has a few good uses, like beseiged for example, most pups most... NORMAL pups sub /nin due to aoe. I laugh at the pups who sub mage and bitch how they can't stay alive, well stop casting hate pulling spells

First off, got to say, I totally <3 that song. As a Drg, I can identify with at least 66% of that song....which is odd because that's also how much in common Drg has with Drk. (Only one letter off. ~.^ )

Oh yeah, and I like Pup, and have seen them be good DD's quite a few times, as well as fairly well perform other roles. And though I rarely like to poke a sore subject, I'd have to say denying the usefulness of Pup results from either ignorence or outright stupidity. Maybe both.

Well this topic certainly has been derailed. It started off about Drk's, then became a discussion about Pup's. Evitcus almost had it turned back onto the North bound lane but he skidded off to the side again lol.

I now realize why I make all my pts...

But I'll stick with my opinion on PUP/RDM being a good combination.

Beseiged hardly counts, Ka-chan I'd go as DRG75/SAM30 to those or COR/RDM (before 75) or COR/RNG (at 75) and melee with dagger (don't want to waste bullets on it ).

I'm not denying PUP has some handy tricks up their sleaves and personally I'd rather party with a PUP than a BLU (don't need MP nor complain about missing Evoker's Roll ) but the sad truth is their little tricks don't make up for loss of damage compared to other DDs. At least to most people who think damage is the be all and end all

Reminded me of one day when I was duoing with my friend... He was DRK 26, I was NIN26... I'de pull.. beat on the mob..WS..ninjitsu...and by that time he'd swing that huge @ss sword for the 2nd time and BAM!!! Nab all my hate!!! So, I *voke*...stabbity stab slash slice, WS...ninjitsu... he'd hit-- steal hate!! -repeat- I was laughing so hard & "cussing" him out. He's all.. mmhhmm I'm Bad, what now kitty cat! Good times.
