So I had to switch to a Charter One gift card to keep billing current. that was 6 days ago. They said it would take 24 hours to activate the card. 3 days later nothing. I call to activate it myself. What do I get? "Oh I'm sorry our records dont show you ever buying a gift card with our bank." Hello what is it about CHARTER ONE you morons dont get.

SO now becuase they have to backtrack after losing the gift card reciept on their end and failing to activate it, I can't pay for this month, and tomorow is when I get disconnected. Mother F**Ker! I need a competant bank!
