LOL this is the story of a very many parties I'be been a part of or made. Extremely sad how many people have zero patience.

I have patience but don't expect me to: Go to The Boyahda Tree, pop a 20K food item and band, exp for an hour, then go to Altepa, spend an hour getting stupid melee who forgot oil and powder through the tunnel THEN wait on a Ninja who is a friend of a friend of the leader's who has been "Gathering supplies in Jeuno" for 30 minutes.

Hehe well these Live games usually tell you how many people are in them so if there's not a full complement then why join anyways if you're that impatient?
As for waiting for ages on party to get together, I'd put about 10-15mins on it to get together but most people these days don't seem to know diddly about making parties.
Don't invite DDs first they're easy to get and you're only wasting their time and possisbly making them lose an invite to a party that will work!
Order I look for members:
Refresher -> Healer -> Tank -> DDs
When I was making parties a while back on my DRG, if there was 2/3 of the important jobs seeking I'd try to start a party and lucky me it'd usually pull together back then. Recently I haven't been able to make a party for diddly-poop

Unfortunently for me, all my parties have come to be 0 XP an hour. I suck at soloing.
