Cap quests

I looked on Allakhazam for it but i cant find them anywhere. how do i complete the level break quests. ive been stuck at level 50 for almost 3 weeks.

alrighty, thanks for the help. i found him and got my 50 cap. 
now my sub is gimped. lol nothing new for me to be gimped though. lol.
