aparrently they are looking at makeing website pay isp's money to load faster, and if you don't pay enough money you will load really slow and might not even load at all. this is somthing I think we should look into and try and stop from happening.

So USA and/or others will hit stoneage except for the blindly rich...and everyone else that doesn't do it that way gets ahead of the times?

Somehow I don't think this will pan out as badly as it goes. Watch the 'official' important places charge, and everywhere else be free.

Why would 'ahem' adult sites lure away customers by charging just to load? That's just asking to revive the magazine business
