::Cry:: WHY ME!!!

Okay so last night after the grueling maintenance I upadated all my files 
Then I went through all the motions of logging in and even got to the select charter scence. Finnaly I get to see all the talk about getting spammed with invites as a lvl 41 rdm (When I hit lvl 41 I immediately logged off and went to sleep) So I select agentblack and it brings me to where I can see his MP, HP, Chat log, buff that were still on me (protectra, etc, etc) I can even here the music 
then I get kicked off saying a error has occured before I can even see the area or my char. At first I thought, Okay maybe its just a fluke. So I try 20 MORE TIMES. It just wouldnt let me do it. 
So I calm down and contact A GM *Technical support was closed cause of the Time zone im in* All he said was try to get a better graphics card (Is that even possible on a labtop) OR call technical Support. So all last night and this morning I was unable to play I called Tech Support and sent then some wierd page about my computer that they requested and now Im waiting.
