If I could just take my character and move to a different server, I would. Considering the slow and quiet death that MP Hades is facing, the only thing that's really tying me to the server is all the progress I've made on my character. A majority of the LS has moved onto Dynamis and HNMLS now, so there's not many people left to care whether or not I find somewhere else to call home.

I've never really contributed much anyway. There's not a lot a Lv41 MNK with subpar gear can do.

Of course, this could all be in my head, and I've opened up the Linkshell member list to find the only member on is myself and someone AFK. Plus, I have a thing for depressing myself these days...

I think moving to the a new server is possible...but I'm not sure if moving to a created long time ago-server is possible.

btw...Isn't almost all MP is facing the same problem? Put on the pearl and notice that there's only you yourself and may be someone AFK?

I've noticed this too, although i don't put on the pearl to find out i usually just leave it on. Most of last week was quiet, which is really unusual for the Midgard Branch, although yesterday did show some home when several people started showing up. Only suggestion is to give it a chance and see if things pick up.

I've given it like... months worth of chances...

Leviathan MP has its moments, but usually yeah.. I'm on by myself. Then again, we DID just re-activate it a few months ago. Not to mention, I play at "odd hours" if you consider 9-5 the "norm". Purrrhaps that's why I only see 1 or 2 other sisters on. Hopefully things will pick up. We've added a few new members in the past few days and I'm trying to start a {cat} promy run for {fun}! I have to admit I'm guilty of the HNMLS as well. I had the HNMLS before MithraPride, but I always try to pop on whenever I'm free (or taking a break from HNM stuff).

Don't worry, Caitsith is expanding instead of dying! ^^

A big issue is the game has matured. many players have moved to the end game scene and spend way less time on thier socials.
It's not just MP but the game it self that needs new blood.

There's bound to be some newcomers for the XBox 360 release. Maybe it would be a good time to recruit some fresh faces

Back in the days Bahamut used to have a large MP LS but most upped and moved to HNM LSs don't think it has ever recovered, I'll never ditch my pearl but I barely use it anymore

There are always newcomers, right now we seem to have an influx of them.

In order for a LS to stay alive it must recruit. This says nothing about growth. Any LS will have both dropouts and graduates leaving. You have to constantly recruit to stay even.

Suggestion; sackholders should spend a few hours a week scouting the newbie leveling zones and the Dunes for LSless kitties. A LS event every week can help too. Pearlholders can at least talk up the LS to others on their servers.

Purrrhaps if more kitties were on more often I would spend more time on Midgard.

MP on Bahamut has had its good times, but mostly theres only 1-3 members ever on at once. Is anyone else facing this problem? I try to recruit members, and do get a few new people if im doing it for a bit, but they never equip their pearl again after the first day.

Alexander MP is going strong.. very random number of cats logged on at once tho - its like theres a peak hour, then a none-hour.

But eh, you cant really blame other people for going to other shells if they get the benefits of shiney items or more gil. Lets face it, we all need gil in game >.> heh.

MP in titan is lookin pretty weak right now. =(

Same here. When I was in Mithrapride It seemed like there were only a few one. Some days Only me and Arcangel would be on, and He would Be afk. Even now With new Linkshells I have found its the same thing. I guess My hours just suck being in Japan. But Ive gotten used to it. I suppose theres nothing wrong about trying to Solo the game

Best start learning Japanese then
