Why do we get these LAME trolls?

On GameFAQs they rate trolls on a 1 - 10 scale. Neither Cow nor Baldir would rate better than 2/10. Indeed I wouldn't say Bald's attempts would even get a rating there.

Yugi at least had imaganiation. About 7/10 deterioating to 3/10 when the stories got too unbeleveable. I knid of miss her.

I want quality trolls. Bald, you are NOT a troll. You are a simple slanderer. Personal attacks are NOT trolling. Go to GameFAQs and hone your skills. A good troll at least is a source of amusment. A good Trolling post there will generate at least 50 replies.

The threads here get locked before 10 parts for the most part anyways. GameFAQ trolls will always be the best.

Which is precisely why I'll never ever touch the GameFAQs forums. It's bad enough I have to deal with the occasional "URE GAY" troll here, and the whining self-indulgent Dragoon forum on Allakhazam... >.> I swear those guys act like a self help group.

Someday they will get tired of it, or more unlikely... grow up?

anyway when it comes to rating trolls,
be free to do so just don't turn into one yourself.

As for my rating I don't really think this attempt is worth it.

As for trolling topics, we will do our best to hunt them down and lock em up.

I never go to gamefaqs, simply because of the childish posts made there.

I do read and post on Allakhazam and KI from time to time, but mainly on my server board for events,
or whm boards since that board seems to be one of the friendliest job boards I have found and tips and strategies that helped me a lot on my whm career.
It's sad to read that the dragoon boards aren't that helpfull.

Oh, they are immensely helpful. It's full of links to Weapon Damage type, guides on anything Drg related from gear, WS positions, soloing guides, etc. The support and stories shared are possibly the most uplifting thing I've read, and one of the reasons I've chosen Dragoon as my main job.

Sadly, there's alot of people who thing "Omfg, Drg are teh nerfed, why do u play it?" And they frequently post...And because of that, there are alot of Dragoons who often try to boast of their achievements.

Oh, they sound like GameFAQs imports.

I always thought that there were a small group of dedicated DRG bashers that brought the job to the disfavor in has had for the last year - year and a half.

Hmm.. pretty positivee to read, the whm forum is about the same,
some people just like to bash the whm forums as well with topics like RDM/SMN over whm main healer and stuff.
No prob, because people who actually play the job know a lot better.

Also there's nothing wrong with a little boasting.

for some reason, this thread title reminds me of this musician, and as such, I keep expecting it to veer off into a discussion on white-boy hip-hop.

Anyway.

You can sometimes measure a Troll's success by how many people take their side. In Yugi's case, s/he was pretty good, up to a point. Though, it was uber-annoying to see her post nothing but emotiocon replies to *everything*.
