I know the picture quality of many isn't too good; some of these I snapped way back when I was first starting out in the game, before I figured out that night-time really sucks for screenshots. ;D

Anyway, I originally came up with this idea to help me come up with names for Mithra in my character's past. (Look at the names, get a general drift of what Mithra naming customs are, create your own names).

I'll be happy to lend a hand (when I can remember). ^^;

Yeah, I agree, it's going to take a while, but I think it sounds like fun. Additionally, if you happen to snap a picture of one of the Mithra already in the gallery and yours is of a higher quality, please feel free to send THAT to me, too, lol.

As for myself, next time I'm in-game I'll probably just ss any random Mithra NPC I see and then compare it against what I already have.

Maybe as part of their descriptions, you should put (Area/Pos) along with the name. You have Ahko Mhalijikhari under San d'Oria, but it looks like the Mithra at the entrance to the Maze of Shakrami.

Talis, the name of the Mithra is the filename (and the photos are arranged alphabetically in the Photobucket) so I can check it against the files I already have on my comp to prevent doubling. As for missing one or two, well, it's enough for me that we try our best.
