Well technicly, yes.
I think it was invented as rations for WWII. Maybe before that though.
In Hawaii they have a sushi piece called Spam Muguro (yeah... spelling).

And it is even better if left unopened. The weapon potential is awesome when the can is left unoppened.

for a while, i was wondering what spam meant. i knew half of it was 'ham', but never figured out the 'sp' part of it. for a while me and my friend were debating what t could be.. things like 'spun ham' or 'spooned ham' or 'spiffy ham'. we thought it was 'spanish ham' for the longest time. i later learned from a teacher of mine that it stood for 'spiced ham', and that there are spam festivals like every year somewhere in michigan
..but i think spiffy ham sounds better

Cooked... many ways of "cooking" spam
Fry it in a skillet...
Bake it...
Nuke it till doomsday (personal favorite, then its all crispy)
grill it
um... there are prolly lots more to do with cooking it..

I have a can of Spam in my cupboard right now, and I'm absolutely afraid to open it, much less even look at the can now.
