Instead of rolling over and playing dead, why don't you all get pearlsacks, take a level 10 job and go to the Dunes and see if you meet any cool cats to give linkpearls to? Or go to any of the other popular places... Crawler's Nest, the Jungles, Garliage Citadel... Bastok. (Bwahaha... jk on that last one.) You shouldn't expect the linkshell to be filled up with loads of interesting people if you're not willing to help get them in.

I have several reasons to go to Bastok regulary. One is the Goldsmith Guild. Another is fishing. The fishing in Bastok can be fairly good, trrry it sometime.
