Well, I have been hearing disturbing news about my nick being used in our IRC channel, and doing completely stupid stuff like spamming, and saying "I am teh stupid". Now, as difficult as it is to believe, I am not that Lihera. Now, I don't wanna turn this into a multiple identity drama or anything, so when I get home, I will identify the only IP I will connect through.

heh, yes well...one i dont go on the IRC because i dont know what it is mainly...but anyways, yea. Most people wont go around saying they're stupid unless they've just recieved a large blow to the head or are being paid large amounts of money to do it.

Basicly this is what we had to use before AOL and Compuserve had chatrooms, IM, and suchlike but after the invention of the FIDO mail echos. IRC is still wildly popular in many aspects, and connects people from around the world to flame eachother, praise thier fav musicians, get thier geek on about thier fav games, perform a rendition of table-top Pen&Paper games, and complain about crappy movies.
